1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Alpha Domains ("alphadomains.ca"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Domain Purchases

All domain purchases are facilitated through trusted escrow services. Prices listed on the website are indicative and may be subject to negotiation. A sale is considered final once payment has been confirmed and the domain transfer is complete.

3. Offers and Negotiations

Making an offer does not constitute a binding agreement. An offer becomes binding only when both parties agree to the terms and proceed to escrow. We reserve the right to accept, counter, or decline any offer at our sole discretion.

4. Refund Policy

Domain sales are final once the transfer is complete. If a domain transfer fails due to reasons within our control, a full refund will be issued through the escrow service.

5. Intellectual Property

Domain names are sold as-is. Alpha Domains does not guarantee that any domain name does not infringe on third-party trademarks. Buyers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence regarding trademark and intellectual property matters.

6. Limitation of Liability

Alpha Domains shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or the purchase of domain names through our platform.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
